First, please make sure you are viewing our website by Internet Explorer. If you are not, please open Internet Explorer. Next, please follow the instructions below.

1. Click menu Tool (located at the upper right hand corner of your screen), then choose Internet Options.

2. Click to Security Tab, choose Trusted Sites and click to Sites. Add the IP that we gave you (http://elmwood1.i-dvr.net:88/) and click Add.
** Remember: Please uncheck the Require server verification (https) for all sites in this zone. Then click Close.

3. Please decrease the Security Level to Low.

4. Choose Internet; change the Security Level to Medium.

5. Click OK.

6. Please make sure all the firewalls are disabled.

7. Type the Username & Password you were given.

6. Please make sure all the firewalls are disabled.

7. Type the Username & Password you were given.
